I've spent years in deep spiritual practice, and this program exists to remove the single biggest barrier people face: the years of strenuous mental effort conventional practice demands.

The Journey: 4 Weekly Sessions, 30 Minutes Each
Week 1 — The Attunement
You receive the core energetic transmission, and experience your first guided entry into the state directly. Most people feel something shift in this very first session — this isn't something you need to take on faith.
Week 2 — Deepening & Practice
We practise together, refine your ability to enter the state on your own, and clarify anything that came up in your first week of practice at home.
Week 3 — Extending the State
As your familiarity deepens, sessions often naturally extend — many people find themselves reluctant to come out of the state after just 10 minutes. We build toward longer, sustained sessions here.
Week 4 — Integration & Independence
We make sure the state is fully ingrained and accessible in different situations — not just in a quiet room, but in the real, busy conditions of your actual life. By the end, this is entirely yours to use, unsupervised, for as long as you want it.
Recommended practice: start with 10 minutes, and build toward 30 minutes or a full hour as you settle into it.
A note on the guidance element
Toward the end of a session, while still in this deep, connected state, there's space to direct a question or intention outward. Many people describe this moment as unusually clear — a felt sense of real guidance coming back to them.
